BRENT ALLEN, as a longtime respected member of the Maryland real estate community, was invited to join the Annapolis Fine Homes Office of Long & Foster & Forbes Global Properties after cultivating a loyal, ever growing, and wide-ranging clientele following his start in real estate in 2005. With his solid negotiating skills and marketing abilities, Brent has helped clients purchase and sell properties throughout Anne Arundel and Queen Anne's, Kent, Talbot and Calvert counties—including single family homes, condos, new developments, and townhouses—with an emphasis on the waterfront market.



Having experience that spans the most sought-after communities in the area, Brent possesses intimate knowledge of the Chesapeake Bay-area marketplace. Being an expert on local neighborhoods and waterways, he is a “virtual directory” on where to find everything from a great crab feast to the perfect playground or the best boatyard—the kind of knowledge that is invaluable to clients.

ERIN MONTGOMERY, born and raised in Annapolis, joined the Annapolis Fine Homes Office, of Long & Foster Real Estate as a sales associate after a long career working in the historic district, bringing with her a vast knowledge of the town’s history, trends, and amenities. 

Erin has an excellent moral compass, exhibiting an unbiased disposition. She has exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills and is a dedicated and disciplined worker who is self-motivated, professional, and resourceful—all while exhausting a voice of reason with enthusiastic optimism. Erin was a nationally and internationally ranked full scholarship swimmer, who thoroughly understands discipline and dedication to her goals; She endlessly dedicates her time, effort and energies into each and every client’s goals and needs. More recently, Erin has fine-tuned her already vast knowledge of real estate by working with clients specifically looking for multi-unit properties or short-term vacation rental properties. She has an excellent eye for details in assisting clients looking to furnish / price / and ultimately generate a high end and income producing property.
